The result

If the file states a month and a main figure, the opening can name them. Rent, cash, or another total, only when the export already states it. Posh does not add a target the file does not contain.

What changed

If the file states a change, the next section can name it. Arrears or occupancy, only when the export already states them. A change that is not in the file is not written.

What needs a decision

If the file already names a decision, the report can include it. If it does not, this section is omitted. The report should not add a recommendation that is not in the file.
