What you can do with Posh, and what this app does not promise.

The short versionUse Posh to make a report from a file you have the right to use. Do not use it to attack the service. Plans and prices are on the pricing page. This code does not send a refund and does not delete uploads on a schedule.

These terms apply when you use Posh. By using Posh, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

Sign in is Clerk. This code does not store its own password. It does not lock an account from an email. This app does not ask for a date of birth.

What you can upload

Upload a file you have the right to use. You keep the rights in that file. The report is made from it.

Do not upload:

  • Material that is illegal where you live or where we operate.
  • A file you do not have the right to use.
  • A file made to break the service.

How files are handled

The path is on where your files go and the privacy page. A dropped file is sent to Posh AI. If you are signed in and storage is configured, Posh also keeps a copy. Deleting a report does not delete that copy. This code does not delete files after a set number of days. The call does not send a training setting. These pages do not claim what Anthropic keeps.

Payment

Hobby and Pro are the plans for sale. Prices are on the pricing page. Studio and Agency are not for sale. Card checkout is not switched on until Stripe is connected. When it is, Stripe processes the card. This code does not store a card number.

This code does not include a cancel button. It does not send a refund. The refund page says the same.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • Resell Posh.
  • Copy the service to build a competing product.
  • Flood the upload path.
  • Use Posh to harass another person.

This page does not describe a warning process or an automatic suspension.

What this page does not promise

  • It does not promise uptime.
  • It does not promise a refund, a shutdown notice, or a price lock.
  • It does not promise an email when these terms change.
  • It does not include a close account button.

Liability

Posh is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, liability related to Posh is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. This page does not accept liability for lost profits, lost data, or a business interruption, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
