What the file becomes
Posh does not send every row. It keeps the headers, the first 20 rows, and column stats for up to 200 rows. Numeric columns get a min, a max, a sum, and a mean. An empty file is refused. A file larger than 10 MB is refused.
What the report is asked to do
Preserve is the default and keeps your exact words. Editorial can tighten the prose. If a number is not in the file, it should not appear as a fact.
What you pay
There is no free plan. Someone who has not paid sees about one section, capped near 800 words. The rest is not sent. Hobby is $39 once or $9 a month, for 10 reports in a calendar month. The Made with Posh line stays on Hobby. Pro is $99 once or $29 a month, for 50 reports in a calendar month, with your logo, your name, and one color. On Pro the Posh line stays off unless you turn it on. A public share link is a Pro feature. Studio and Agency are not for sale.
