What you drop

Drop the PDF, Excel file, or Word file you already have. A PDF is sent to Posh AI as the file. Excel uses up to 200 rows. Word is read as text. An empty file is refused. A file larger than 10 MB is refused. A figure is supposed to come from the file.

What the file can carry

Pro puts your logo, your name, and one color on the report, the PDF, and the HTML file. Email sending is not switched on until a sender address is saved. The Posh line stays off unless you turn it on. Hobby keeps a Made with Posh line and does not include a public link. There is no custom domain and no embed.

Send a link or a file

Once the report is unlocked, Pro can share a public link. You can also download PDF, HTML, or Markdown. The name and the color travel with that file. Studio and Agency are not for sale.
