What you drop
Drop the PDF, Excel file, or Word file you already have. A PDF is sent to Posh AI as the file. Excel keeps the headers, the first 20 rows, and column stats for up to 200 rows. Word is read as text. An empty file is refused. A file larger than 10 MB is refused.
What the report is asked to do
Preserve is the default and keeps your exact words. Editorial can tighten the prose. A fact is supposed to come from the file. If a number is not in the file, it should not appear as a fact. This page does not name revenue, growth, or a channel unless the file already states them.
What a reader can do
A public share link is a Pro feature. Anyone with that link can read the report. Adding a highlight or a note needs a sign in. Posh does not record whether the reader opened the link. Someone who has not paid sees about one section, capped near 800 words. The rest is not sent.
